Cost Segregation Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Cost Segregation Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in assisting with the preparation of cost segregation studies for our clients. As a Cost Segregation Engineer, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing real estate information, conducting quantity takeoffs, inputting data into cost segregation models, and collaborating to refine these models as per review comments. Your expertise in real estate, construction cost estimating, and proficiency in MS Excel will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and comprehensive cost segregation studies.
