Copywriter / Scriptwriter for AI YouTube Channel

**Hiring: YouTube Scriptwriter Who Understands Psychology and AI**

Hey,

I'm Dan Kieft, and I need a scriptwriter for my AI YouTube channel that knows how to write engaging and converting scripts. It is a MUST that you have some feeling with AI, as that is what you will be writing about for each script.

I don't want someone who just knows PAS formulas and headline templates. I need someone who actually understands **why** copy works.

### What I'm Really Looking For:

**Someone who gets the fundamentals:**

- **Understands human psychology** - You know that people act on emotion, not logic
- **Creates genuine pain and desire** - Can make viewers feel something real, not just surface-level curiosity
- **Writes with specificity** - Instead of "this tool is amazing," you'd write "this tool cut my editing time from 3 hours to 12 minutes"
- **Thinks in first principles** - You understand WHY a hook works, not just that it works
- **Builds genuine confidence** - Can make viewers believe the solution will actually solve their pain

**The work:**

- 16 scripts per month for my main channel and second channel
- Each script structured for retention + conversions (affiliate tools, newsletter signups)
- Help with hooks, titles, and video concepts
- Potential second channel opportunity in June
- Potential opportunity to work on email marketing newsletter

### You're Perfect If You:

- **Actually understand your audience** - You can write like you know their late-night fears and daily frustrations
- **Create action through emotion** - Your copy makes people DO things, not just think about doing things
- **Use specificity to amplify pain** - You know the difference between "you're struggling" and "you spent 4 hours last night staring at a blank Google Doc, wondering if you'll ever figure this out"
- **Write like you talk** - No corporate jargon or AI-sounding fluff
- **Understand the lock and key theory** - You study the audience (the lock) before crafting the message (the key)

**Bonus points:**

- Experience with YouTube retention psychology
- Understanding of affiliate marketing psychology
- Genuine interest in AI tools (in particular ai tools in content creation)
