About Us:
We are a UK-based property investment and sourcing company committed to delivering a seamless, hands-free service to our clients. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Conveyancing Manager to oversee and manage the legal conveyancing process from offer to completion.
Role Overview:
As a Conveyancing Manager, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end legal process of property transactions in the UK. You will liaise between solicitors, clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure all property purchases and sales are progressing smoothly and within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of the UK conveyancing process for property purchases and sales.
Act as the main point of contact between solicitors, agents, mortgage brokers, and clients.
Monitor the progress of each transaction and provide regular updates to the team.
Ensure all legal documentation and compliance requirements are met.
Assist in gathering and organising required documents (ID checks, proof of funds, AML etc).
Maintain accurate records of each deal using CRM or project management tools.
Flag and resolve any issues that may delay exchange or completion.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Prior experience working in a UK conveyancing or property law environment is essential.
Strong understanding of the UK property transaction process (especially buy-to-let and BRR).
Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal.
High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and task management tools (e.g. Trello,
Able to work independently, reliably, and within UK business hours.
Preferred (but not essential):
Familiarity with anti-money laundering (AML) and KYC procedures in the UK.
Experience working with UK-based property investors or sourcing companies.
Legal background or paralegal certification (Philippines or UK-based) is a bonus.
