Supacore is a global e-commerce brand built around the world’s only patented, medical-grade compression technology (Coretech). Our products support pre- and postnatal women, elite athletes, and clinical users worldwide. This is a considered-purchase, trust-driven product — not impulse retail.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute Supacore’s CRO strategy end-to-end.
Diagnose funnel drop-off using analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings.
Build and prioritise a structured experimentation backlog.
Design and run A/B and multivariate tests with statistical rigour.
Optimise PDPs, carts, and checkout for a technical, medical-grade product.
Improve trust, clarity, and education without over-claiming.
Partner with Shopify developers to implement tests and roll out winners.
Align CRO insights with paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing.
Required Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiable)
CRO & Experimentation Expertise
Proven experience running hypothesis-led CRO programs.
Deep understanding of:
User behaviour and decision psychology
Conversion friction and cognitive load
Trust-based selling for high-consideration products
Ability to interpret test results and make confident commercial decisions.
Analytics & Data Literacy
Strong working knowledge of:
GA4 (or equivalent)
Funnel and cohort analysis
Attribution and traffic-source behaviour
Comfortable tying experiments directly to revenue and LTV.
E-Commerce & Shopify Context
Experience optimising Shopify-based funnels.
Ability to brief developers clearly and pragmatically.
Understands the limits of themes vs custom solutions.
