Conversion Rate Optimisation Analyst (CRO) Remote Work

We are an online digital publishing company servicing customers from all over the world with US clients being the majority of our customer base. We are a team of over 20 who are remote workers and get together for daily and/or weekly meetings over zoom.

Although the bulk of our customers is in the US, you are not required to work US hours (graveyard shift). We work your day/afternoon hours.

This is a 100% remote position which means you can work in the comfort of your own home. There's no need for commutes so you can save money and time!

What are we looking for in a Conversion Rate Optimisation Analyst?

As a Conversion Rate Optimisation Analyst, you will be leading the split testing efforts within our company.

Our company needs someone who can:

1. Monitor all conversion rates and funnels, create a CRO testing roadmap and you shall continuously improve funnels to increase the conversion rates and quality.
2. Design, build and execute split testing and other testing approaches for funnels, emails, and landing pages.
3. Use analytics platforms and other tools to monitor and analyze the outcomes from the tests.
4. Create design, content, and development guidelines based on ?ndings from winning tests.
5. Create and constantly update split test reportings.


Qualifications you will possess:

1. At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant field
2. Understand practices for UI and UX for funnels, websites, mobile, and desktop
3. Experience using A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, etc.)
4. Understand user intent and its pivotal role in the journey to conversion
5. Experience in balancing multiple projects at once
6. Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills
