About Us
We are a performance driven digital marketing agency focused on measurable growth. We manage paid media, SEO, and digital strategy. Our websites and funnels must drive revenue, not just look good.
Role Overview
We are looking for a UX UI Web Designer to support client website, landing page, and funnel builds on an as needed basis.
This is not a purely aesthetic role. You must understand structure, offer clarity, user flow, funnel architecture, and conversion psychology.
You will work closely with our paid media and SEO teams to ensure websites and funnels align with traffic strategy and revenue goals.
What You Will Do
• Design high converting websites and landing pages
• Design and structure multi step funnels tied to paid traffic campaigns
• Map full user journeys from ad click to final conversion
• Define page sequence and step specific conversion goals
• Create wireframes based on messaging hierarchy and funnel logic
• Improve existing sites and funnels using analytics and performance data
• Collaborate with paid ads and SEO teams
• Explain the strategic reasoning behind your layout and funnel decisions
• Think in terms of revenue impact, not just visuals
Required Experience
• UX UI design experience
• Funnel and landing page design tied to paid traffic
• Understanding of conversion psychology
• Ability to interpret analytics, heatmaps, or performance data
• Experience working inside WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar platforms
Strong Bonus
• CRO testing experience
• Direct response background
• Agency experience
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and tracking
How We Evaluate
Please submit:
• 3 websites or funnels you personally designed
• The primary conversion goal of each
• Why you structured it the way you did
• Any measurable performance improvement
• A short Loom video, 5 to 10 minutes, walking through one funnel you built and explaining your strategy, structure, and decision making process
If your portfolio focuses only on aesthetics without conversion thinking, this is not the role.
For the right person, there is opportunity to grow into a larger role as volume increases.
