JOB OVERVIEW

READ THIS FIRST – THIS IS A SYSTEMS ROLE (NO VIDEO EDITING, NO STRATEGY)

If you want to be a “creative” or editor, this is NOT the job for you.

I’m Stefan, founder of Status Alpha – a high-ticket mentorship for men who want elite body, energy, mindset and performance.

I have already built a detailed Content Operating System (Google Drive structure, Content Tracker, SOPs, Loom trainings). I shoot content and drop it into a Drive INBOX. I need a Content Workflow & Systems VA who loves structure and can run the machine so I don’t have to think about it.

Your mission: take every video I drop into Drive and, using my SOPs, turn it into organized assets and scheduled posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.

This is FULL-TIME and LONG-TERM for someone in the Philippines with very strong written English and experience supporting coaches/creators.

WHAT THIS JOB IS (YOUR DAILY WORK)

You will NOT do video editing.
You will NOT design graphics.
You will NOT invent content strategy.

You WILL:

1) Handle content intake & organization
– Check a Google Drive INBOX for new videos.
– Move files into the correct folders (RAW, PROOF, Stefan Asset Bank).
– Create/update rows in a Google Sheets Content Tracker (AssetID, file path, type, status, transcript level, etc.).

2) Create and clean transcripts
– Upload videos to transcription tools.
– Paste transcripts into Google Docs.
– Fix grammar, misheard words, punctuation and formatting so they read like a native wrote them (especially for testimonials, VSLs and “hero” videos).

3) Build editor briefs and manage revisions
– Use AI tools + my prompts to generate editor briefs.
– Copy the brief into a Clip Brief template (Google Doc).
– Fill in Meta info (source file links, goals, etc.).
– Add simple thumbnail notes (text + which folder to pull photos from).
– Coordinate with the editor:
• Move status from Raw ? Briefed ? Editing ? Needs Revision ? Approved.
• Watch drafts, write clear revision notes, and approve final versions.

4) Schedule and publish content (NO editing)
– Take finished assets from the “Approved” folders.
– Schedule posts in:
• Meta Business Suite (IG/FB)
• TikTok Scheduler
• YouTube Studio
• LinkedIn native scheduler
– Use provided captions/CTAs and make sure dates/times and platforms are correct.

5) Log performance monthly
– Once a month, open platform Insights.
– Add the top performing posts to a “Viral_Log” sheet (URL, views, saves, etc.).
– Write 3–10 simple bullet-point learnings (patterns), NOT complex analytics.

You will get Looms and written SOPs for all of this. Your job is to FOLLOW them, IMPROVE small things, and KEEP EVERYTHING ON TIME.

WHAT THIS JOB IS NOT

– NOT a video editor role (if you want to edit, don’t apply).
– NOT a “content manager / strategist” role.
– NOT a social media “ideas” job.
– NOT part-time or side-gig work.

This is a **workflow / systems VA** role. Think operations, not creativity.

REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVES)

– Written English: 9/10 or close (without AI).
• You can fix transcripts and captions so they read like a native wrote them.
• You notice grammar, spelling and punctuation mistakes on your own.

– Experience supporting at least ONE coach/creator/personal brand with:
• Google Drive organization
• Content calendars / trackers
• Editor/creative coordination
• Scheduling posts on multiple platforms

– You actually LIKE:
• SOPs
• Loom trainings
• Checklists
• Keeping things clean and consistent

– Comfortable with:
• Google Drive / Docs / Sheets
• Meta Business Suite / basic platform schedulers
• Simple video tools ONLY for transcripts and checking (CapCut auto captions, YouTube transcripts, etc.)

– Extremely organized and detail-oriented:
• You don’t “forget” to update the sheet.
• You keep folders clean.
• You follow processes exactly and suggest improvements once you understand them.

SCHEDULE & PAY

– Hours: around 35–40 hours per week
– Time: mostly PH evenings (to overlap with US time) + light weekend coverage (1–3 hours on Sat/Sun for checks/scheduling)
– Pay: USD $500–700/month long term, depending on how well you can run the system

This is a long-term role. If we’re a good fit, I want you in this seat for 12+ months.

– You only want 10–20 hours/week or short-term work.
– You dislike repetitive tasks, even when they matter.
– You are not strong in written English.
