JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast growing social media and content company looking for a super organized assistant to help keep our operation running smooth. This is a behind the scenes role focused on tracking, organizing, and keeping everything in order so the rest of the team can move fast.

The best part: you won't be thrown in alone. You'll be trained on our exact workflow by one of our current tea ---------- mbers, and you'll work closely alongside them day to day, so you'll always have someone to lean on while you learn the ropes.
What you'll be doing:

Tracking content and creator accounts across different platforms
Building, updating, and maintaining spreadsheets and trackers
Keeping our ---------- server clean, organized, and up to date
General organization and admin work to keep everything running on time

Who we're looking for:

Extremely organized and detail oriented. This is the single most important thing. If you love keeping things tidy and nothing slips through the cracks with you, you'll thrive here
Comfortable working in Google Sheets and spreadsheets
Solid written English and good communication
Reliable and able to work every day (more on the hours below)
A quick learner who takes direction well and actually follows through

The details:

Pay: $500/month
Full time, but not a full 8 hours every day. It's daily work and consistency matters, but the hours are lighter than a typical 9 to 5
You'll be fully trained on the workflow and supported by someone on the team
This is a long term position with room to grow as we do
