Content Script Writer (Short-Form Content) – Remote

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Script Writer to join our remote team. In this role, you will create short-form content instructions for our clients — clear, ready-to-execute briefs that tell them exactly what to film and how to perform it. The content is used across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

You will produce these instructions using AI (primarily Claude), turning content ideas into structured, easy-to-follow scripts our clients can shoot without guesswork.

The ideal candidate genuinely understands what makes short-form content work — hooks, pacing, trends, retention — and knows how to use AI as a creative tool to produce high-quality output fast.

Responsibilities:
* Write clear, detailed short-form content instructions (hooks, concept, scene direction, delivery) that clients can execute directly.
* Create content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
* Use Claude to ideate, draft, and refine content briefs efficiently and at scale.
* Stay on top of short-form trends, formats, and sounds across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
* Adapt tone and concepts to each client's persona and target audience.
* Collaborate with management to align content with our overall strategy.
* Maintain consistency and quality across all instructions.

Requirements:
* Strong understanding of short-form content and what drives engagement (hooks, retention, pacing, trends).
* Hands-on experience using AI tools, specifically Claude, to create or refine content.
* Ability to write your own clean, effective prompts — not just operate a fixed template.
* Excellent written English (C2 or native level).
* Creative, self-directed, and able to produce a high volume of quality output.
* Highly organized, proactive, and reliable working remotely and independently.

Nice to have:
* Experience writing scripts or briefs for creators, influencers, or social media accounts.
* Familiarity with content production for adult / creator platforms.
* A portfolio or examples of short-form content you've scripted or produced.
