Content Repurposing + Distribution Manager (GHL, Opus, Meta)

We are hiring a Content Repurposing + Distribution Manager to take long-form content and turn it into consistent, on-brand social posts using:
• GoHighLevel Social Planner
• Opus (for video repurposing)
• Meta Business Suite

Strategy, brand voice, and content direction will be provided. Your job is execution, consistency, and clean delivery. If you like systems more than brainstorming, you are our person.

Responsibilities
• Repurpose long-form content into:
• Short-form videos (via Opus)
• Carousels
• Quote graphics
• Captions
• Schedule and publish content using:
• GoHighLevel Social Planner
• Meta Business Suite
• Adjust captions per platform (IG, LinkedIn, FB, TikTok when applicable)
• Apply hooks, CTAs, hashtags, and light emoji use appropriately
• Maintain posting cadence and content calendar
• Keep content organized in Drive and inside GHL
• Flag high-performing content or engagement trends

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• Experience with content repurposing for social media
• Strong written English
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable learning and using:
• GoHighLevel Social Planner
• Opus
• Meta Business Suite
• Ability to follow brand guidelines exactly
• Reliable internet and ability to work independently

Bonus (Nice to Have)
• Experience with LinkedIn formatting
• Light video editing beyond Opus
• Experience working with founders or agencies

Hours & Growth
• Start at 10 to 15 hours/week
