That means:

No forgetting to book the location until the day before.
No chasing down talent five minutes before call time.
No emailing a brief that says “TBD” four times.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
???? Booking locations that are more wow than whatever.
???? Coordinating calendars, call times, and production schedules like a total pro.
???? Sending out clear, considered, actually-helpful briefs.
???? Confirming talent, wrangling logistics, and keeping everyone looped in.
???? Being the go-to production support for our content team before, during and after the day.

What You Won’t Be Doing:
? Guessing your way through logistics.
? Waiting for someone else to chase talent.
? Winging it on set because “no one sent the address.”
? Leaving producers to manage six inboxes at once.

Who You Need to Be:
You’re not just organised — you live for structure, clear communication, and a locked schedule.
You’re the person people trust with the details because they know you won’t miss them.
You:

? Have production coordination or content shoot experience (even better if it’s in social or digital).
? Know how to handle talent professionally and warmly (without letting anyone flake).
? Speak fluent Google Calendar, Notion, and “I’ll follow up again now.”
? Don’t get rattled when things shift — you find a new plan and keep things rolling.

Bonus points if:

? You’ve worked on content shoots, know how to read a brief, or could write a better one.
? You’re comfortable wrangling talent and turning a chaos-day into a dream-day.
? You’re not afraid to speak up and spot what’s missing before anyone else does.
