Content Operator VA (Status Alpha – Men’s High-Performance Coaching)

About Status Alpha:
Status Alpha is a high-ticket online mentorship for men.
We help driven men upgrade their self-image, body, energy, and discipline so they can perform at their best in business and life.

We sell through content - DMs - booked calls - €3.5k–€20k programs.

The founder (Stefan) already built a detailed Content Operating System with 4 workflows:

-> WF1 – Content Intake & Tracker
-> WF2 – Video -> Clips (transcripts, AI, editor briefs)
-> WF3 – Performance Log & Content DNA
-> WF4 – Trend Projects & Slide Posts (AI avatar carousels, redo reels, etc.)

Your job is to run this machine every day so Stefan only has to shoot.

This is not a “think of ideas and hope they work” role. The strategy is built.

Role Summary

Mission:
Turn raw content in Google Drive into a daily stream of high-quality posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, ---------- and Facebook using our 4 workflows, SOPs, and Looms.

You’ll work closely with:
- Stefan (founder & talent)
- Our video editor
- A junior VA (France) for simple tasks
- External setters (Bright Minds) who work the DMs

Core Responsibilities
1. WF1 – Content Intake & Tracker (Daily)

- Empty the INBOX folder every day.
- Create rows in the Content Tracker (AssetID, FilePath, Type, Topic, CTA, Status, Priority, Platforms).
- Move files into the correct RAW folders and Stefan Asset Bank folders.
- Keep the Tracker clean and always up to date.

2. WF2 – Video -/ Clips (Transcripts, AI, Editor Briefs, Posting)

- Generate transcripts (AI) for raw videos and clean them to “perfect” written English when required.
- Use our AI tools (Content Chief, etc.) to create clip ideas and full Editor Briefs.
- Manage statuses: Raw -> Briefed -> Editing -> Needs Revision -> Approved.
- Watch editor drafts, give clear bullet-point revision notes, and move finals into the APPROVED and PROOF folders.
- Schedule approved shorts/long-form across IG Reels, TikTok, YT Shorts/long, FB, LinkedIn using our posting plan.

3. WF3 – Performance Log & Content DNA (Monthly)

- Once per month, review platform analytics.
- Fill in the Viral Log (top posts) and write clear pattern bullets (“what worked and why”).
- Hand this to Stefan so he can d ---------- next month’s focus.

4. WF4 – Trend Projects & Slide Posts

Follow our WF4 SOP + Looms to:
- Spot relevant trends (AI avatar slides, redo reels, etc.).
- Build batches of carousels/slides or “redo reels” using our templates and AI.
- Store them correctly (03_APPROVED -> 04_ARCHIVE) and log each post in the Tracker.
- Generate captions with AI in Stefan’s voice and schedule them on all required platforms.

5. Light Engagement & Admin

- Do top-post comment sweeps daily, reply in clean English using our style guide.
- Tag/forward high-intent leads to setters (you don’t close, you route).
- Coordinate with our junior VA (France) for simple tasks: CopeCart checks, basic comments, weekend checks.

Requirements

Must-haves

- Perfect written English (you will fix subtitles and write captions).
- 2+ years experience posting and scheduling content for coaches/creators (IG, TikTok, YT, LinkedIn, FB).
- Strong with Google Drive, spreadsheets, and file organization.
- Comfortable using AI tools for transcripts and copy (we train you on our stack).
- Obsessed with details and checklists. You like following SOPs and improving them, not improvising every day.
- Stable internet and ability to work in a set schedule.

Nice-to-haves

- Experience in fitness / self-improvement / men’s coaching niches.
- Experience coordinating with editors and designers.
- Basic Canva or slide-design skills for carousels.

Hours & Compensation
Hours: approximately 35–40 hours per week

Typical pattern:
- Mon–Fri: around 5–7 hours per day (core Content OS work).
- Sat–Sun: around 1–3 hours per day (lighter work: comment sweeps, checking scheduled posts, basic DMs).
- We need 7-day coverage, but weekend hours are flexible as long as the daily checklist is done.

Compensation:
- Starting at $500–$600 USD/month, depending on experience.
- Clear raises up to $700+ over time based on performance and added responsibility.
- Top performers who fully own all 4 workflows and drive measurable growth will have opportunities to earn $700–$800+ over time.
- Potential small commission bonus on content-driven sales (to be defined simply).
