JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support me across social media, admin, content, and internal operations.

This role will include:

Social media management
Instagram post creation and formatting
Notion organization and maintenance
Admin duties
File and asset organization
Tracking deadlines and follow-ups
Calendar and inbox support
Basic reporting and weekly updates
Creating and maintaining simple SOPs
Turning notes, Loom videos, and instructions into clean processes
Using AI tools to help summarize, organize, and draft content
Communicating clearly with me and the team

The ideal person is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently. I’m looking for someone who can take direction, ask smart questions, follow through consistently, and help keep things moving without needing constant reminders.

Strong communication is very important. You should be comfortable giving updates, flagging issues early, tracking open loops, and keeping tasks organized in a clean system.

Experience with Notion, Canva, Instagram, Google Drive, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, and basic project management tools is a strongly preferred.
This role is best for someone who enjoys organization, structure, and helping turn messy workflows into simple repeatable systems.
