As our platform scales, we’re looking for a sharp-eyed, process-driven Content Moderator to help us keep campaign content high-quality, on-brand, and compliant.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Content Moderator, you'll work within our **Content Approvals Team,** the folks who review creators’ submissions and ensure they meet campaign guidelines.

Your mission? Make sure every approved post reflects campaign requirements, avoids spam or cheating, and feels aligned with the creator's niche. You’ll get trained on specific campaign types (like music, clipping, or logo posts), and will review content against clearly defined SOPs.

This is part quality assurance, part community trust, and fully essential to the creator experience on Clipster.

Daily Responsibilities:

- Carefully review creator submissions to ensure they meet campaign requirements.
- Identify and reject content with low effort, misaligned themes, or inorganic engagement.
- Use internal tools like Notion, CreatorCore, and Google Sheets to track and update approvals.
- Flag suspicious or borderline content using the “Flagged” system for internal review.
- Provide clear, concise rejection notes when content doesn’t meet standards.
- Collaborate with other reviewers and escalate when in doubt.
- Be available for weekend shifts and flexible hours, as campaign needs evolve.

Job Details:

Type: Hourly contract ($3/hour, paid bi-weekly).
Hours: Flexible, with some availability needed on weekends.
Tracking: We use Hubstaff for time tracking.
Tools: Notion, Slack, ---------- , Gather, CreatorCore.
Start: If selected, you’ll complete a short task. If successful, you’ll move into a paid 2-week trial. Long-term work follows if it’s a great fit!

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent written English and attention to detail.
- A methodical approach, someone who doesn’t rush, but reviews with care.
- Availability to work independently and make confident decisions.
- A willingness to follow (and improve!) approval SOPs.
- Comfort using Notion, ---------- , Slack, and collaborative tools.
- Open to feedback, learning, and adapting to very fast-evolving campaign needs.

- You’ve worked in content moderation, creator platforms, or QA roles.
- You enjoy checking small details and spotting inconsistencies.
- You’ve worked with digital creators, streamers, or niche online communities.
- You’re a fan of anime, gaming, sports, or other creator niches we support.
