Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Content Manager to manage the content for our clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing and creating high-quality content that aligns with our clients' brand image and objectives. Additionally, the Content Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing freelance writers to ensure that all content produced is of high quality and meets the requirements of our clients.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content strategies that align with our clients' brand image and objectives.
Conduct research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities to develop content that is engaging and relevant.
Manage and oversee the entire content creation process, including planning, writing, editing, and publishing.
Ensure that all content produced is high-quality and meets the requirements of our clients.
Manage and build relationships with freelance writers, including hiring, training, and monitoring their work to ensure they produce high-quality content.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all content is visually appealing and meets the client's brand guidelines.
Analyze content performance metrics and adjust content strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and use this knowledge to improve our clients' content strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing and creating high-quality content
Demonstrated experience in hiring, training, and managing freelance writers.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Have a stable internet connection and power supply (backup preferred)
Comfortable communicating over Slack and zoom video
