We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Outreach Specialist to manage and grow multiple Instagram and LinkedIn profiles. This person will help build our brand presence, engage with audiences, and generate leads through strategic outreach.

Responsibilities:
Manage and update multiple Instagram and LinkedIn profiles

Create and post engaging content consistently (captions, images, reels, hashtags, etc.)

Prospect for potential clients using approved strategies

Send outreach messages using provided scripts

Track responses and provide weekly updates

Ensure brand consistency across all accounts

Requirements:
Experience managing business accounts on Instagram and LinkedIn

Excellent written English and communication skills

Comfortable doing outreach and following up with prospects

Organized, reliable, and self-motivated

Bonus: Experience with Canva, Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or similar tools

Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: USD $150 – $300 (PHP ~8,500 – 17,000), depending on skills and experience
