About the Role
We're a centralized creative team supporting multiple clinical brands, and we're hiring a Content / Copywriter with a healthcare or clinical-industry writing background to help build the reusable messaging infrastructure that powers everything we produce. Alongside our Graphic Designer, you're one of the two people responsible for centralizing how each brand communicates — once these systems exist, every future piece of content gets faster and more consistent to produce.
What You'll Do
-Build a brand voice and messaging framework for each clinical brand we support, defining tone, key messages, and positioning
-Develop reusable ad and social copy templates that can be adapted across campaigns without starting from scratch
-Write and template location-page and Google Business Profile post copy for multi-location brands
-Build out
-Produce blog and SEO content aligned with each brand's keyword and content strategy
-Collaborate closely with the graphic designer to ensure copy and visual systems are built together and stay aligned
-Route all content through the compliance review process before publishing
-Maintain a content library/style guide per brand so the voice stays consistent as the team and output scale
What We're Looking For
-Strong portfolio demonstrating distinct brand voice work for healthcare, medical aesthetics, dental, wellness, or another clinical/patient-facing brand, ideally across multiple brands or clients
-Experience writing for paid and organic social,
-Comfort building frameworks and templates, not just individual pieces — you think in systems as much as sentences
-Working knowledge of healthcare advertising and content compliance (claims and testimonial restrictions, HIPAA-aware language, FTC/FDA-adjacent rules for medical/aesthetic marketing) — this is a core requirement given the compliance review process all content goes through
-Excellent self-editing and attention to detail; you understand that in a regulated space, precise language matters
Collaborative mindset — ready to work in lockstep with design from day one to centralize each brand's full creative system
