JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated Content Operations Manager who is passionate about youth development, digital media, and community engagement. This person will oversee our YouTube channel and Skool community while helping scale a brand that already has a large audience and a growing national presence.

This is more than a content posting job. We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner, takes initiative, and wants to build something meaningful that impacts thousands of young people and families.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $500 per month
Payday: The 15th of every month.
Monthly Performance Reviews: Every month your performance will be evaluated for a possible raise.
As the company grows, you grow with it.
This position has the opportunity to grow into a leadership role earning up to $10,000+ per month, based on performance, responsibilities, and the overall growth of the company.

Raises and bonuses are based on measurable results, including:

Growth in YouTube subscribers
Increased watch time and views
YouTube monetization and revenue growth
Increased engagement and retention inside the Skool community
Growth in Skool memberships
Consistent execution of daily responsibilities
Leadership, initiative, and ability to improve systems
Helping create new revenue opportunities for the organization

On call/Flexible Position
This is a results-driven role. We are not focused on tracking hours we’re focused on completing tasks with excellence, consistency, and ownership.

Primary Responsibilities

YouTube Operations
Edit long-form and short-form videos.
Upload and schedule YouTube videos.
Create engaging thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and keywords.
Optimize every video using YouTube SEO.
Monitor analytics and identify growth opportunities.
Increase subscribers, watch time, and monetization.
Repurpose content into Shorts and other social media platforms.

Skool Community Operations:

Post engaging content throughout the day.
Welcome new members.
Reply to comments and questions.
Create daily discussions, polls, challenges, and activities.
Increase member participation and retention.
Build a positive, active community culture.
Help members feel connected and supported.

Content Strategy

Brainstorm new content ideas.
Stay current with YouTube trends and algorithm changes.
Build systems that improve workflow and efficiency.
Help develop digital products and online educational experiences.
Collaborate with leadership on long-term growth strategies.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience editing videos professionally.
Understands YouTube growth, analytics, SEO, and monetization.
Has experience building and managing online communities.
Is familiar with Skool or is willing to become an expert quickly.
Has knowledge of mental health, youth development, mentoring, or behavioral health.
Are a strong leader and communicator.
Can work independently without constant supervision.
Is creative, organized, dependable, and solutions oriented.
Is passionate about changing lives and serving youth.

Consistent YouTube uploads.
Growth in subscribers, views, watch time, and revenue.
Daily engagement inside the Skool community.
Increased member activity and retention.
New ideas that improve our systems and brand.
Growth in both our digital reach and community impact.
