JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as we scale.
Starting at 15–25 hours/week with potential to increase.
Work from home — fully remote.
This is not your normal 9 to 5 — we care more about outcomes than clocking in.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Content, Client Success & Operations Assistant
We’re looking for a multi-talented, highly reliable right-hand assistant to help grow a video content agency and coaching business. Your role will be split between creative tasks (video editing & design), client success (simple reporting & organization), and admin (contracts, uploads, invoices).

You’ll work directly with a founder who is creative, focused, and looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, not just complete to-do lists.

TASKS THAT YOU WILL OWN:
Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
Add captions and repurpose content for multiple platforms
Design branded Canva graphics (quote cards, carousels, ad creatives)
Build easy-to-understand monthly client reports (via Canva, Notion, or Google Slides)
Upload and schedule social media content
Send client contracts and invoices
Organize and manage project files (Google Drive, Notion)
Track content performance and client progress
Light community management and engagement (optional)
