Content & Client Operations Assistant (Full-Time, Night Shift – Philippines)

Role: Operations & Content Assistant
We’re looking for someone who can balance organization and creativity — keeping client operations smooth while also helping produce content that communicates value.
This role is part client success (making sure clients feel supported and projects stay updated) and part content (designs, posts, basic video edits).

Responsibilities
- Keep client tasks updated in ClickUp, assign missing due dates, and flag delays.
- Support client communication: follow up on unanswered messages, make updates clear, and ensure next steps are tracked.
- Create simple, high-quality Canva designs (thumbnails, posts, presentation decks).
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to draft/edit captions, posts, and short scripts.
- Clip/edit Loom/Zoom videos for internal/client use (basic level).
- Assist with client onboarding and ensure deliverables are clear and on track.
- Provide fresh content ideas and help showcase client results.

Qualifications
- Strong design eye and Canva experience (portfolio preferred).
- Basic writing/editing skills — able to refine AI outputs.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with task follow-ups.
- Clear communicator in English (written & spoken).
- Comfortable with client-facing communication.
- Familiarity with ClickUp or project management tools a plus.
- Bonus: basic video editing experience.

Compensation & Growth
- ?22,000–?27,000/month starting (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week, U.S. Night Shift).
- Growth path: up to ?31,000–?32,000/month with consistent performance and independence.
- Performance bonuses for client satisfaction, content quality, and operational excellence.
- Long-term career track: specialize in either Content Operations or Client Success Operations as AiDus scales.
