Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (NEW YORK TIME)
Compensation: PHP 50,000/monthly

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support our growing operations team. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth scheduling, efficient project execution, and exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and schedule client appointments, consultations, site visits, and project-related meetings.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through phone calls, emails, and text messages.
3. Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation and administrative records.
4. Monitor project timelines and ensure all stakeholders are informed of scheduling updates and project progress.
5. Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure projects run efficiently and on schedule.
6. Manage incoming emails and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources, appointments, and project requirements.
8. Maintain accurate records within company systems and databases.
9. Follow up with clients regarding appointments, project updates, and required documentation.
10. Assist leadership with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, customer service, administrative support, or a related role.
2. MUST have strong verbal and written English communication skills.
3. Experience managing schedules, calendars, and client communications.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Proficiency with email management, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
6. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in home improvement, construction, renovation, interior design, or related industries is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
