Job Overview

You will play a critical role in managing the full project lifecycle — from material take-offs and scheduling to team coordination and daily progress tracking. This position requires *complete focus* and *commitment to one employer only*, as the level of detail and coordination involved demands your full attention.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and interpret U.S. architectural and engineering plans accurately.
* Create Material Take-Offs (MTOs) and organize detailed material lists for sourcing and procurement.
* Manage and update Gantt charts, timelines, and construction schedules for multiple ongoing projects.
* Build and maintain 3D models (using SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent) to help field teams visualize each stage of the build.
* Oversee material sourcing, request vendor quotes, and track deliveries.
* Coordinate with field workers through *detailed notes, drawings, and daily task lists*.
* Produce and distribute *daily logs* summarizing work progress for both clients and internal teams.
* Manage and organize documents using *Google Drive, G-Suite, and Microsoft Office* tools.
* Communicate clearly and consistently with tea ---------- mbers, suppliers, and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? Strong understanding of construction project management principles
? Proficient in *Material Take-Offs* and cost estimating
? Advanced skills in *Excel, Word, and Google Sheets/Docs*
? Ability to read and interpret American architectural plans
? Skilled in 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent)
? Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
? Experience managing Gantt charts and project schedules
? Strong attention to detail and accountability
? Comfortable using *ChatGPT and AI tools* for task optimization and documentation
? Reliable internet connection and computer capable of handling 3D modeling and large spreadsheets

* Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
* Experience working with U.S.-based builders or developers
* Familiarity with JobTread, Buildertrend, or similar construction management software
