Consistent Video Editor

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor who can grow with us from a gig worker to potentially a PT to FT worker that can join our team in producing multiple versions of our interview-style Zoom video content for our new podcast, The One. Please find more detail information for the role below:

Premium Edition: Full edit with ads and custom intro, outro, with post-interview wrap-up.
YouTube Edition: Interview-only version, optimized for public viewing, with ads.
Guest Copy: Interview-only version without ads
Video Clipping: Create engaging short clips and highlights for social media.
Graphics & Creatives: Design dynamic overlays, lower-thirds, and branded visuals (Thumbnails, etc).
YouTube Video Headlines: SEO friendly YouTube headlines, description and hash tags based on interview content

Key Requirements:
Ability to craft compelling storytelling through editing.
Experience in clean, cinematic editing styles.
Strong sense of pacing, narrative, and visual rhythm.
Capability to insert relevant overlays, quotes, or b-rolls to enhance engagement.
Reliable turnaround times.

Bonus Skills:
Motion graphics and/or graphic design
Understanding of YouTube content structure, SEO, and audience retention best practices
