Confluence Assistant – Transfer PDFs into Confluence

We are looking for a reliable virtual assistant to transfer content from PDF documents into Confluence pages.

Your main responsibility will be to recreate documents in Confluence while keeping the formatting as close to the original PDF as possible, including:

Headings and subheadings
Tables
Images
Bullet points and numbered lists
Bold and italic text
Page structure and layout

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and has experience using Confluence.

Requirements

Good attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions
Good English comprehension
Reliable internet connection
