Community Manager (Remote – US-Based Client)

Position Overview
An established Netherlands-based media company is looking for a creative, proactive, and AI-savvy Community Manager to support multiple content channels and online communities.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience using ChatGPT, excels at community engagement, understands how to create authentic human interactions, and can help grow audience engagement through boosting, promotion, and community-building efforts.

This role is open to applicants based in the Philippines.

Position Details
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Location: Remote (Philippines Only)
Client: Netherlands-Based Media Company
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Monday to Friday: 6 Hours per Day
Saturday & Sunday: 5 Hours per Day
Compensation: $3.00 – $4.00 per Hour

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor multiple YouTube channels and online communities.
Respond to comments in a natural, engaging, and humanized manner.
Create meaningful conversations that strengthen community engagement.
Generate custom images using AI tools such as ChatGPT Images (experience with MidJourney or Canva AI is a plus).
Create short captions and promotional text for videos and social media content.
Respond to Spotify comments and audience interactions.
Assist with boosting strategies and engagement campaigns.
Support channel monetization efforts through community engagement and promotion.
Help cross-promote content across multiple platforms and channels.
Monitor trends, audience feedback, and engagement opportunities.
Maintain consistent brand voice and community standards across all channels.

Qualifications
Extensive experience using ChatGPT, including advanced prompting and content generation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create authentic responses that do not sound robotic or AI-generated.
Strong understanding of community engagement and audience relationship building.
Knowledge of boosting strategies and content promotion.
Experience managing YouTube communities and social media interactions.
Familiarity with AI image-generation tools, particularly ChatGPT Images.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet scheduled working hours.

Preferred Skills
Experience supporting content creators, influencers, podcasts, or media brands.
Familiarity with YouTube monetization support strategies.
Experience with cross-promotion and audience engagement campaigns.
Understanding of social media best practices and community moderation.
Weekend Responsibilities
Weekend hours are primarily focused on:
Boosting activities
Community engagement
Monitoring comments and audience interactions
Supporting promotional efforts
More complex tasks and content management activities can typically be handled during weekday shifts.
