Community Growth Operator — Forums, Reddit, Social Platforms (AI SaaS)

We’re building AdSkull, an AI marketing platform used by e-commerce brands, creators, and agencies to generate high-performing ad creatives (video and image).

We are hiring community growth operators whose job is to drive traffic and signups by participating in online communities where our audience already exists.

This is not a content scheduling or virtual assistant role. This is a performance-driven growth role.

What you’ll do

You will actively participate in platforms such as:

Reddit
Quora

Facebook groups
X (Twitter)
TikTok comments
Dis cord communities
Niche forums (AI, SaaS, e-commerce, marketing)
Any other relevant communities you already use

Your responsibilities:

Find and join relevant discussions
Answer questions and provide useful insights
Share experiences and recommendations naturally
Mention the product only when it fits the context
Identify new communities and opportunities
Contribute consistently on a daily basis

Goal: Generate traffic, signups, and user activation from communities

Tracking & Reporting

You will be expected to:

Track your activity in a Google Sheet (or similar), including:
Links to posts/comments
Platform used
Engagement (views, replies, upvotes, etc.)
Help identify which platforms and strategies perform best

Requirements
Experience posting in communities (Reddit, Facebook groups, forums, etc.)
Strong written English
Understanding of how to participate without being ignored or flagged
Ability to think independently and identify opportunities
Consistency and reliability

You’re a strong fit if
You have accounts with real activity (not new or fake accounts)
You understand how to provide value before promoting anything
You have examples of posts or comments that generated engagement
You are comfortable working with performance-based goals

Not a fit if
You rely on spam or copy-paste methods
You use bots or automation tools
You have no experience posting in communities
You are only looking for simple VA tasks

Compensation
Monthly base salary (based on experience)
Performance bonuses based on results
