Commercial Real Estate Business Development/Cold Caller

This position includes property research (RV & Mobile Home parks) and phone call outreach
- Perform skip-trace data research to identify accurate contact information
- Conduct cold call outreach to property owners and investors
- Build and maintain prospect lists for business development campaigns
- Record and update lead details in CRM or tracking systems
- Support the team in creating new business opportunities through consistent follow-up
