We are seeking a motivated, professional, and dependable **Virtual Assistant** to support our **commercial insurance marketing efforts in California**. This role focuses on **outbound calling, lead generation, and appointment setting** with business owners and decision-makers.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, persistent, and comfortable speaking with prospects in a professional setting. Experience in insurance, sales, telemarketing, or B2B outreach is preferred.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Make outbound calls to business owners and prospective commercial insurance clients throughout California
* Introduce our agency and services in a clear and professional manner
* Generate leads and identify commercial insurance opportunities
* Set qualified appointments for the sales team
* Keep accurate notes and update lead information in the CRM or tracking system
* Follow up with prospects as needed
* Maintain professionalism and strong customer service on every call
**Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting, or sales mandatory!
* Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
* Professional and confident phone presence
* Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
* Able to handle objections and meet outreach goals
* Insurance or commercial insurance experience is a plus
* CRM experience is a plus
