JOB OVERVIEW

You will run tens of thousands of cold outbound communications per week and keep the pipeline immaculate in the process. If you have not personally operated at this exact scale, stop reading now.

This is not a build-from-zero strategy job, and it is not light CRM admin. The machine is already built. I need a sharp, disciplined operator to run heavy volume through it without being babysat.

Read this full post. The application instructions are at the bottom. I read every line of every application. Skip a step, and you are immediately disqualified.

The Reality
I run revenue operations for CEEBIG, a global R&D, product design, and technology consulting agency. We sell high-ticket engineering and digital transformation work to enterprise clients.

The backend infrastructure is ---------- Google Workspace is set up, cold outbound domains are configured, email routing works, and DNS authentication is locked down. I do not need you to build it. I need you to run volume through it and keep it clean.

You will not close deals. You will not run discovery calls. You own the front half of the machine: high send volume, leads moving flawlessly through the pipeline, and spotless data records behind everything you do. You will also document every process you touch so the system can run without either of us getting stuck.

What You Own Daily
Outbound Volume: Execute tens of thousands of cold communications per week across multiple domains and inboxes. Manage sending rotation, warmup, and pacing to maximize volume while protecting deliverability.

Data Enrichment: Build hyper-targeted lists in Apollo, route them through Clay for deep enrichment and validation, and keep records current so data never goes stale.

CRM Management (GHL): Map everything cleanly into GoHighLevel. Records, tags, pipeline stages, and activities must stay 100?curate. If it is not in GHL, it did not happen.

Tech Stack Support: Manage the Google Workspace setup, handle basic domain configs, set user/group permissions, and immediately flag anything broken you cannot fix.

Account Research: Dig into priority accounts via LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find key trigger events (funding rounds, engineering hiring spikes) and log them.

Process Documentation: Write a clean, step-by-step SOP for every process you run. By the end of your trial, there must be a runbook a new teammate could follow without asking a single question. This is a core requirement, not extra credit.

Daily Reporting: Send a tight, three-line end-of-day message every afternoon covering what was done, the current pipeline status, and any active blockers.

What You Need to Bring
Proven Scale: Documented experience personally running cold outbound at tens of thousands of sends per week. This is the core of the job; everything else is secondary.

Tech Stack Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel is required. Real-world execution with Apollo and Clay (or direct equivalents).

Admin Capabilities: Experience administering Google Workspace backend, not just using it as an end-user.

Systems Habits: A strong documentation habit. You write clean SOPs as you work, not weeks later after someone begs you for them.

Communication & Environment: Clear, precise written English. High self-management: you take a track and run with it without hourly check-ins. You must have a reliable setup: fast internet, power backup, and a quiet workspace.

Availability: Available during US Mountain Time (MST) business hours, Monday through Friday.

Bonus: Deliverability expertise (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC). If you can read a record and instantly diagnose why inbox placement dropped, you move to the top of the pile.

Pay, Hours, & Growth
Base Pay: $750/month to start. Paid on time, every time.

Hours: 40 hours per week.

The Path: 30-day trial period. If you prove you can run this setup clean and at volume on your own, the role becomes permanent. As the business hits its growth targets, this role grows with it, meaning clear upside, raises, and expanded scope for the operator who earns it.

How to Apply (Skip a step, and I move on)
Send your application to ---------- with the subject line: Outbound Systems Operator - CEEBIG. Your email must include the following structure:

First Line: Start the very first line of your email with this word in all caps: CEEBIG

Volume Proof: What is the highest weekly outbound volume you have personally managed? Give me the exact number of weekly sends, the tools you used, and how you kept the pipeline healthy at that scale.

The Turnaround (3-4 Sentences): Tell me about a time you took over a messy outbound setup or a broken CRM and got it running cleanly for a business owner without close management.

Tool Stack: List the exact CRM platforms, data tools, and admin tools you have actually used. Explicitly detail your GoHighLevel experience.

Specs & Logistics: State your real internet upload and download speeds, and confirm you are fully available to work US Mountain Time hours.

Documentation (1-2 Sentences): How do you keep your documentation clean so a growing team can easily follow your work?
