I’m looking for a sharp, reliable Virtual Assistant who knows how to use ---------- to find leads and send cold emails directly from my personal email (not through the Apollo platform). You will CC me in the email and once they respond I will take over.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing businesses, identifying the highest ranking decision-makers (CEOs, managers, owners), and sending at least 50 emails per day. This role is focused on manual outreach no shortcuts or spam you must be able to ensure high deliverabilty and know how to properly warm up a new email. This is a performance based trial. If you do not get enough responses, this contract will end.
As long as the 50 emails are sent, you can enjoy your day. I am not a person that expects you to work all day, as long as you finish, you are done. I will be CC in every email. I will be able to see if they are legit or not, if I see fake emails, the contract will end. Monday-Friday I expect 50 emails a day, 250 emails a week, 1000 emails the first month. We will use the same email paragraphs for every email, all you have to do is copy and paste the email and change each name after the word Hi (First name) . Every subject line will be “Quick question”. I will also need a separate document that says the company name and the persons name and email.
