JOB OVERVIEW

Appointment Setter / CRM Specialist

I’m looking for an experienced appointment setter who is excellent on the phone and highly skilled with CRM systems, specifically GoHighLevel and Wavv.

This is not just a basic calling position. I need someone who can help manage, organize, and improve the entire lead follow-up process without needing to be babysat.

Responsibilities:

Cold call leads, qualify them quickly, and set solid appointments.

Use scripts and objection handling to reduce no-shows.

Confirm appointment dates and times, then send reminders by text and email.

Manage and optimize the CRM at a high level, including:

* Building and cleaning pipelines and stages
* Applying tags, dispositions, and detailed notes
* Creating follow-up sequences, workflows, and tasks
* Improving lead routing, reminders, and appointment tracking
* Tracking results and generating reports for dials, contacts, appointments set, show rate, and other key numbers

Keep lead lists clean, updated, and organized daily.

Requirements:

Must speak fluent English with a clear, professional phone voice.

Must have proven cold calling and appointment-setting experience. Results matter.

Must have strong experience with GoHighLevel and Wavv.

Must be advanced with CRM systems. Ideally, you should know more than I do and be able to help improve our setup.

Must be organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow through without constant supervision.

Must have reliable internet, a quality headset, and a quiet workspace.

Preference will be given to candidates with little to no noticeable accent and excellent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience calling for final expense, life insurance, financial services, or similar industries.

Experience using dialers, SMS tools, calendar booking systems, Google Sheets, and follow-up automations.

Strong objection handling and appointment “tie-down” skills to help improve show rates.

Schedule

Start part-time at 20–25 hours per week.

Opportunity to move to full-time at 40 hours per week if performance is strong and we work well together.

Pay

Hourly pay based on experience.

Performance bonuses available for qualified appointments that actually show up.

Quality matters more than quantity.
