Position Overview
We are looking for a driven, confident, and articulate Cold Calling Representative to help us generate leads and qualify motivated sellers for our real estate investment business. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on communication, enjoys building rapport, and is motivated by reaching and exceeding targets.

The ideal candidate is someone with strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to follow scripts while also sounding natural and engaging. Experience in real estate or working with investor teams is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls daily to homeowners using a dialer and provided scripts

Engage property owners and gather basic information about their property and motivation to sell

Build rapport and handle objections professionally and empathetically

Accurately log call details and lead information in the CRM

Schedule qualified leads for follow-up calls or appointments with our acquisitions team

Provide daily updates and reports on lead progress and call outcomes

Work closely with the team to improve call strategies and scripting

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 1 year of cold calling, telemarketing, or sales experience (real estate experience is a bonus)

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English

Comfortable speaking on the phone for several hours daily

Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and results-oriented

Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural tone

Experience using dialers, CRMs, and communication tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or similar

Quiet working environment and reliable internet connection
