Cold Calling + Data Entry Admin + Texting/SMS communication

Hello,

I am looking for a part-time (open to full time) Cold Calling and Data Entry Admin for Real Estate Classes & Real Estate Clients who is also comfortable with texting/SMS communication.

I am looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in data entry, CRM management, and client communication. This role is not just basic data entry — I need someone who can manage backend systems, communicate with leads, and help support course creation and sales.

You will be working inside Go High Level and our Whop platform ([ ---------- ]) to help manage and build out real estate courses, upload content, organize modules, automate follow-ups, and ensure students and clients have a smooth experience.

I would like someone who understands:

* Accurate and efficient data entry
* CRM management (Go High Level experience is Mandatory)
* Uploading and organizing online course content
* Creating funnels and automations (willing to learn)
* Text/SMS follow-ups with leads
* Cold calling real estate prospects
* Managing contact lists and tagging systems
* Basic tech troubleshooting
* Following clear systems and also thinking independently

I am looking for someone who can:

* Enter and organize client and student data daily
* Send SMS messages and follow up with leads
* Make cold calls to potential real estate clients and students
* Help build and structure online real estate courses inside Go High Level
* Assist with launching and managing offers on Whop
* Track course sales and commissions
* Work independently without needing constant direction

You can work any 4-hour shift, 5 days per week. (20 hours total)

Starting base pay is $4 per hour + Commissions.

In addition to your base pay, you will receive commission for every course sold. This is where your income potential becomes unlimited. The better you are at follow-ups, organization, and helping us optimize the course system, the more you can earn.

I am looking for someone long-term who wants to grow with the company and increase their income over time.
