Cold Calling Call Center

We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter with a strong focus on cold calling and outbound prospecting to join the SimpleFlow Solar team.
In this role, you will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to identify and qualify potential customers, engaging prospects primarily through phone communication while using email and text as supporting channels when needed.
Your main objective will be to assess lead quality, generate interest, and schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team. You will be expected to maintain accurate records in the CRM, follow structured call processes, and represent SimpleFlow Solar professionally in every interaction.
Strong communication skills, resilience in a fast-paced cold calling environment, and the ability to confidently handle objections are essential. While lead generation and sales experience are a plus, the primary focus of this role is consistent and effective cold outreach that results in qualified appointments and sales opportunities.
