Cold Calling

We have posted before, but I think I need to be more clear about exactly what we need.

We need someone with a hunger for sales and money. We'll need you to call real estate prospects/leads we provide and deliver something in effect of this: "Hi John, I was calling today to see if you might be looking to sell your home on 123 market place?" If yes, "great when are you looking to sell?" "I'm going to put you in touch with my manager". Put down a quick note for us in the mojo dialer crm about what they want to do and goto next call. If no, "thanks" and go to next call. No scripts, we want someone that can actually have a quick conversation with someone and not sound robotic.

That's it, we'll set the appointment and take it from there. Here's what we need from you:

Excellent English speaking - this is the most important skill
Quick on your feet and able to talk conversationally
A google voice number (if you don't know how to set it up, chat gpt) to call into our dialer in the US. You'll call one number daily into the dialer
You need to be able to call into our dialer and be familiar with it (we use mojo dialer)
Excellent communication skills and follow up with us
Ability to call with the above conversation a minimum of ---------- times a day using mojo dialer (many people don't pick up, so it rolls to next call)
Availability for 5 days a week
We NEED a voice sample from you so we can hear your voice - we can not move forward without a sample
A good internet connection
A WhatsApp account for communication
EXCELLENT PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS NEEDED. You may have not had this level of autonomy before at a job, but we treat you like an adult, if problems arise figure it out if you can. (and let us know how you solved it, we love a can do attitude and are inspired by it)

This job is not hard, but it is important for our team. We estimate this job can be done in 5-7 hours a day max. We've heard excellent things about working with Filipinos and we're ready to start immediately. COMPENSATION:
$650/mo paid in weekly installments
$1000.00 bonus on anything we close over $350k
$2000.00 bonus on anything we close over $1M
No cap, you get paid on every lead you hand off and we close on. There is no reason you shouldn't be able to make a minimum of 20-40k+ extra a year in bonuses.
