Cold Caller/Lead Generation Assistant

School Buyback buys used Chromebooks from school districts in the United States. We are looking for an experienced cold caller to help us contact schools and generate new leads.

Responsibilities:

Call U.S. school districts
Find the right person who handles used or surplus technology
Ask basic qualifying questions
Send short intro emails after calls
Keep simple notes on who was contacted and what they said
Follow instructions and stay consistent with daily outreach

Requirements:

Cold calling experience required
Clear, neutral, easy-to-understand spoken English
Experience calling U.S. customers or businesses
Confident and professional on the phone
Good written English for simple intro emails
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Organized and consistent
