Cold Caller for Surplus Funds/Excess Proceeds

Join our growing team, where we help individuals recover excess proceeds from foreclosure sales. We’re on the hunt for an energetic, confident, and persistent Cold Caller to connect with property owners and their families to help them reclaim money they’re entitled to.

What You’ll Do:
-Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to property owners, next of kin, and other stakeholders to inform them about excess proceeds they may be entitled to.
-Educate & Build Trust: Explain our services, answer questions, and reassure potential clients about the process.
-Follow a Proven Script: Work from our high-converting script to maximize outreach success (and get creative when needed!).
-Gather Key Information: Collect details like contact information, property background, and necessary legal data.
-Overcome Objections: Confidently handle objections and close initial conversations by securing commitments.
-Maintain Accurate Records: Track all calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
-Work Closely with a Dynamic Team: Collaborate with attorneys, managers, and other tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth case handling.

What We’re Looking For:
-Fluent in English (Spanish proficiency a plus)
-Rockstar Communicator: You know how to connect with people and hold their attention.
-Persistent and Resilient: You’re not easily discouraged by objections or rejections.
-Organized and Detail-Oriented: You thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying on top of the details.
-Experience with Cold Calling or Sales: A proven track record in a similar role is highly preferred.
-Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, dialers, and email communication platforms.
-Problem Solver: You think quickly on your feet to address concerns or unique situations.
-Empathetic Listener: You genuinely care about the client’s needs and experience.
