Job Title: Cold Caller / Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (preferred U.S.-based, but open to international applicants with excellent English)
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Contract or W2)

Global IT Services is a growing MSP/MSSP providing top-tier IT support, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and managed services to small businesses, enterprises, and government agencies. We’re looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join our team and drive new business opportunities.

Role Overview:
As a Cold Caller / SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your job is to make outbound calls, qualify leads, introduce our IT services, and schedule discovery calls for our technical or sales team. This role is ideal for someone with high energy, excellent communication skills, and experience in lead generation within the IT industry.

Responsibilities:
-Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to prospective clients (B2B focus).
-Follow call scripts and engage businesses regarding their IT needs and challenges.
-Qualify prospects based on budget, decision-making authority, timeline, and need.
-Schedule appointments or demos for our IT consultants or closers.
-Maintain detailed records in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).
-Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, meetings booked, and conversions.
-Follow up with leads via phone, email, or LinkedIn as needed.
-Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine targeting and outreach strategies.
-Provide daily or weekly reports on activity and progress.

Qualifications:
-1–2 years of cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales experience (preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or SaaS).
-Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
-Basic understanding of IT services (MSP, cybersecurity, cloud, helpdesk, etc.).
-Resilient, goal-driven, and able to handle rejection professionally.
-Comfortable with CRM platforms, productivity tools, and VoIP calling systems.
-Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit KPIs.
-High-speed internet and quiet environment for making calls.
-Bonus: Experience in an MSP/MSSP or B2B tech environment.

Compensation:
We offer flexible options depending on experience and results:
Hourly Pay: $2.50–$10/hour based on experience

Commission: $50–$200 per qualified appointment or % of closed deals

Bonuses: Performance bonuses for hitting milestones or booking high-value leads
Option to move into a full-time sales or account manager role based on performance
