Cold Caller - Real Estate

We are hiring motivated cold callers to contact property owners and identify potential sellers of vacant land across the United States. Looking for reliable, coachable tea ---------- mbers who are comfortable speaking on the phone and can consistently generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to property owners using our automated dialer system
- Follow a provided script and handle basic objections
- Ask qualifying questions and gather seller information
- Accurately enter lead details and notes into our CRM
- Meet daily calling and lead generation goals

Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills is a must
- Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Previous cold calling and real estate is preferred

Compensation:
- $4/hr plus performance-based bonuses
