HIRING: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – Real Estate

Part-Time to Start | Remote | Night Shift (PST)

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to join our growing real estate team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and booking qualified appointments that support our team’s sales pipeline. If you're confident on the phone, experienced in real estate lead generation, and driven to hit targets — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

-Make outbound cold calls using Dialpad, KVCore (main tool), and Follow Up Boss (FUB).
-Generate, qualify, and nurture leads based on defined criteria.
-Book appointments and meet daily/weekly lead generation goals.
-Clearly communicate the company’s real estate services to potential clients.
-Coordinate appointment schedules and send confirmations to leads and the sales team.
-Accurately update notes, lead details, and appointment logs in CRM systems.
-Research and identify new prospects within the target service area.

Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
-Proven track record of generating quality leads and booking appointments.
-Experience using Dialpad, KVCore (main), and Follow Up Boss.
-Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with high-volume calling.
-Must be available to work night shift (PST hours).
-Immediate start is preferred.
