Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – Health Insurance (Remote)

We are a growing health insurance company helping individuals and families find affordable healthcare coverage. We are looking for a highly motivated Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team and generate qualified appointments for our licensed insurance agents.

Position Overview

You will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, building rapport, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our health insurance advisors.

This is a long-term remote position with a base salary plus performance-based commissions.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers daily
Follow call scripts while maintaining natural conversations
Qualify prospects based on our criteria
Overcome objections professionally
Schedule appointments for our insurance agents
Update CRM records accurately
Follow up with interested prospects
Meet daily and weekly appointment targets
Requirements
Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional phone voice
Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, or insurance sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
Experience using CRM systems is preferred
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Compensation
Base Salary: $500 USD per month
Performance Commission for every qualified appointment and closed sale
