We are looking for a confident cold caller / appointment setter to help us contact home-service businesses (e.g. roofing, landscaping, tree services) in the United States.
You will be calling business owners, briefly explaining our service, qualifying interest, and booking appointments or demos.
Our company helps local businesses get more leads and stop losing customers by using smart websites, missed-call text-back, automated follow-up, review requests, and CRM tools.
This is a sales role, not a general VA role. You must be comfortable speaking English on video and on the phone with American business owners.
Responsibilities
* Cold call U.S. home-service companies
* Speak clearly and naturally with business owners
* Explain our offer using a simple script
* Qualify prospects and book appointments
* Follow up by phone, SMS, and
* Track all leads and conversations in our CRM
* Report daily numbers: calls, conversations, appointments booked, and results
Requirements
* Excellent spoken English
* Minimal accent preferred (standard US accent is ideal)
* Confident, friendly, professional phone presence
* Previous cold calling, appointment setting, or sales experience
* Comfortable working during U.S. business hours
* Reliable internet connection
* Quiet work environment
* Able to follow instructions exactly
* Comfortable with rejection and repeated calling
Experience calling U.S. businesses is strongly preferred. Experience with contractors, roofing, solar, insurance, real estate, SaaS, or local business sales is a plus.
Compensation
This position starts at $4/hour during the trial period, plus commission for closed deals.
Strong performers can earn more through commissions and may receive a higher hourly rate after the trial period.
This is a performance-based sales role. If you can speak well, make calls consistently, and book qualified appointments, there is room to grow.
