JOB OVERVIEW

Tycoon Asphalt is looking for a motivated and reliable cold caller to help generate new business by setting appointments — not selling.

Your role will be simple: reach out to property managers and business owners, introduce our company, and offer a free asphalt assessment. You will not be responsible for closing deals — your only goal is to schedule appointments for our estimators.

We will provide you with a proven script, targeted call lists, and clear guidance on what to say. You just need to follow the process, stay consistent, and confidently set appointments.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients (property managers, commercial properties, etc.)
Offer a free on-site asphalt assessment
Follow the provided script and call structure
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our estimators
Keep simple notes on calls and outcomes

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication skills
Confidence on the phone
Consistency and work ethic
Ability to follow a script and stay organized
Sales or cold calling experience is a plus (but not required)
