Job Description
Role: Cold Caller
Location: Work from Home
Full Time
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Pacific Time Zone)
Responsibilities:
Performing outbound calls
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports
Building rapports
Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer
Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not ---------- rming the Manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Cold calling experience is a plus
Computer literate.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette.
Professional and courteous disposition.
Persuasive and results-oriented.
Available to work evenings and weekends.
Discretion and confidentiality

With a designated space work area
