Key Responsibilities
-Conduct outbound cold calls to Australian homeowners
-Speak with customers about solar, batteries, rebates, and energy savings
-Identify customer pain points, motivation, timeline, and interest level
-Ask qualifying questions around their home, power bill, solar setup, and needs
-Book qualified home or phone assessments for solar consultants

-Resilient when dealing with rejection

-Strong verbal communication and listening ability
-Sales or cold calling experience is a bonus, but it is not required.

-You are not willing to practice and improve
-You are not comfortable being measured on performance

Qualifications and Skills
-C2 or near-native English communication skills
-Strong verbal communication and listening ability
-Able to handle objections professionally
-Willing to learn about the Australian solar market
