Cold Caller

The main focus of this role is simple: call every lead, follow up properly, and make sure no potential client is missed.

Responsibilities:

Call new and existing leads daily
Follow up with ADU, garage conversion, and construction inquiries
Confirm basic project information, location, and availability
Schedule qualified leads for consultation calls
Keep clear notes and update lead status
Make multiple follow-ups when needed
Represent the company in a professional and respectful way

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills
Clear, professional, and easy-to-understand speaking voice
Experience in cold calling, sales, appointment setting, or lead follow-up
Comfortable making many calls per day
Reliable, organized, and consistent
Construction, remodeling, real estate, or home improvement experience is a plus
Must be confident speaking with homeowners

Working hours 9 AM -1 PM PST
