We’re an AI solutions company helping HVAC businesses streamline operations, increase revenue, and future-proof their business through cutting-edge technology. We’re expanding fast and looking for a motivated, energetic, and fearless Cold Caller to join our sales team.

Role Overview:
As a Cold Caller, you’ll be the first point of contact with HVAC business owners. You’ll introduce them to our AI solutions, qualify their needs, and set appointments or drive interest for our closing team. You’ll be expected to make 100–200 outbound dials per day, handle objections like a pro, and quickly identify the persona you’re speaking to (owner, office manager, technician, etc.).

What You’ll Do:

Make 100–200 outbound calls daily to HVAC companies

Deliver a strong, value-driven pitch that sparks curiosity about our AI solutions

Handle objections with confidence and professionalism

Identify key decision-makers and different personas on the call

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for closers

Track activity and results in CRM (calls, connects, appointments set)

Stay sharp by continuously improving sales skills through training and self-investment

What We’re Looking For:

Proven cold calling experience (HVAC, trades, or B2B SaaS/tech sales preferred)

Comfortable handling tough objections and turning “no” into opportunities

High-energy, resilient, and motivated personality — thrives under pressure

Strong communication and active listening skills

Coachable and always looking to sharpen sales skills

Track record of hitting KPIs and exceeding goals

KPIs You’ll Be Measured On:

100–200 dials/day

Connect-to-decision-maker ratio

Qualified appointments set per week

Conversion rate of conversations to opportunities
