We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cold Caller with Sales and Marketing experience to join our team and help drive our growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls:
o Make cold calls to potential customers or clients to introduce products or services.
o Generate leads by identifying potential prospects through databases, research, or provided lists.
2. Sales Pitching:
o Deliver a clear and persuasive sales pitch tailored to the needs and pain points of the prospect.
o Highlight key benefits of the product or service being offered and position it as a solution to the prospect’s needs.
3. Relationship Building:
o Build rapport with leads, ensuring that they feel comfortable discussing their needs.
o Handle objections with empathy and professionalism, overcoming resistance and maintaining a positive conversation.
4. Qualifying Leads:
o Qualify potential leads by identifying decision-makers and assessing whether the prospect is a good fit for the service/product.
o Use sales scripts or adjust tactics based on the prospect's reactions and needs.
5. Appointments and Meetings Scheduling:
o Schedule appointments for sales representatives or account managers to follow up and close deals.
6. Follow-Up:
o Follow up with potential clients who have expressed interest but haven't made a decision.

o Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, client interactions, and outcomes in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

Experience & Qualifications:
1. Background in Sales and Marketing:
o Prior experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation is highly beneficial.
2. Technical Skills:
o Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and CRM tools.
o Knowledge of sales enablement tools or outreach software (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) can be beneficial.
3. Language Skills:
o Proficiency in the language(s) required for your target market, and the ability to communicate professionally and persuasively.
4. Customer Service Focus:
o Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude, as cold calling involves frequent interactions with new or unknown clients.
