Coding AI Trainer / Python Software Engineer

I’m looking for a smart and experienced software developer for an AI training project. You will help train large language models/coding assistants, spotting it mistakes and making it better.

Work hours:
Flexible (10 - 40 hours per week) no specific times needed.

The interview for this role requires passing short assessment (you will submit responses, and there maybe 1 round of comments to see how you'd work on those).

If passed successfully it's paid ($10 flat rate) and I'll invite you into ongoing AI-training work that can run for the long term with consistent task batches.

The exercise mirrors the actual work: you will correct grammar and coding errors in short AI code generated prompts, fix coding tasks, and generally supply the kind of high-quality human judgment that machines can’t yet provide.

Because this project is about teaching the AI, so it requires "human" responses and logic. So while using AI tools is not prohibited your final submission should be 100% human written (that will be tested and disqualify results if identified as AI generated)
