Client relations & customer service

We are a USA based company needing someone to work a 5-6 hour shift Monday thru Friday, graveyard shift, USA Eastern Time 9am to 3pm. Must be extremely fluent in English with experience speaking English over the phone to clients. You will be responsible for walking clients through their new website, going over changes to their website and implementing changes to the website through communication with our team. You should be very good at note taking, following directions and being very thorough and specific. Other tasks include calling clients and follow up with clients over the phone. You will be a very important part of our team that communicates issues and needs of our clients.
